Who we are
Kicker is a DLD-licensed primary-market aggregator operating in the UAE. We list off-plan projects directly from developers and rebate up to 90% of the broker commission to the buyer at handover.
Using the service
You may browse projects, save favourites, submit enquiries, and book units through Kicker. You agree not to scrape, resell, or misrepresent any content on the platform.
Commission rebate
The rebate amount, timing and payout method are confirmed in writing before you sign the SPA. Rebates are paid out at handover, conditional on the developer paying the commission to Kicker.
Liability
Kicker is not the developer. We are not liable for delays, defects or disputes arising out of any SPA between you and the developer.
