Kicker is a DLD-licensed primary-market aggregator built for the UAE off-plan market. We list every project, direct from the developer — and we rebate up to 90% of the broker commission back to the buyer at handover.
Why we exist
The off-plan market in the UAE moves billions of dirhams a year through brokers who add little to the buyer experience. We thought the buyer should keep that money instead.
How we make money
We take a small cut of the commission the developer would have paid a traditional broker. The rest — up to 90% — is rebated to the buyer at handover. No markup on the unit price, ever.
What we're not
We're not a portal that re-lists inventory. We're not a discount broker. We're not a flipper. We're an aggregator and a rebate engine, regulated by the Dubai Land Department.
